Welcome to Rocko. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Rocko is a platform designed to connect users with social hosts for event coordination and social concierge services in public venues.
Rocko ensures that all user profiles on the platform are verified using government-issued identification before they are allowed to connect with other users. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that Rocko maintains a 100% verification policy to promote authenticity, safety, and trust across the platform.
Rocko facilitates "Hosting Services." The term "Hosting Service" is strictly defined as Venue/Event Coordination and Concierge Services. Hosting Fee covers real-world coordination only.
When a user pays a Hosting Fee, such payment shall be deemed to cover all or any of the following services:
The Hosting Fee strictly EXCLUDES entry fee (if applicable), food, drinks and transportation.
Rocko maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following:
Any violation of these prohibitions will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform. We reserve the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities.
Hosts: Are independent service providers, not employees of Rocko. They are vibe curators and responsible for delivering services as mentioned under 'Definition of Services' above.
Users: Agree to treat Hosts with respect and to comply with all venue rules and terms governing entry and conduct within the premises.

Authenticity of Information: By using this platform, you warrant that all information you provide is true, complete, authentic, and not misleading, and you acknowledge that you bear sole responsibility for its accuracy. Rocko shall not be liable for any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Rocko is not responsible for verification failures caused by device settings or network issues.
Clubs on Rocko operate independently. Host bookings via Rocko do not guarantee club entry. Admission is strictly subject to each club's policy, and Rocko's policy or hosting fees do not override or bypass club rules. Rocko is not responsible for:
Any venue-related issues must be addressed directly with the venue.
Rocko is a technology platform. We do not oversee the offline behavior of users and disclaim all liability for any events, actions, or disputes that occur between users offline. Users agree to take necessary safety precautions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocko's liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Rocko Platform in the past 12 months.
A no-show occurs when one party (the Host or the User) fails to appear at the scheduled meetup venue within 30 minutes of the agreed meeting time. Rocko provides a built-in mechanism to report and resolve no-show situations fairly.
How to Report a No-Show
To report a no-show, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) located next to the "Start Service" button on your active booking card in the Connections tab, and select "Report No-Show". This option is only available before the meeting has been started (i.e., before the Start Code has been verified).
Eligibility to Report
You may report a no-show only if all of the following conditions are met:

Once your eligibility is confirmed, Rocko automatically checks the last known location of the other party during the meeting window:

Disputed No-Show
A no-show becomes a dispute when the system detects that the other party's last known location was within 500 metres of the venue at the time of the report. In this case:
Important Notes
Hosting Fees are processed securely by third party payment partners. Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy. If a Service is not delivered as described (e.g., Host fails to show up), a full refund may be issued upon review. Rocko may reverse or withhold the payment in cases of fraud or policy violations.
