Child Safety Standards

1. Age Restriction

Rocko is a platform strictly for adults aged 18 and above. All users must confirm they meet this age requirement during registration by agreeing to our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Rocko has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any content, text, image, or media that sexualizes minors.
• Any communication, solicitation, or behavior that targets or exploits minors.
• Grooming, trafficking, or any other conduct that endangers the safety of minors.

Any account found to be involved in such conduct will be permanently banned immediately.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple channels to report any content or behavior that violates this policy:

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" or "Block" feature on any user profile or message.
• Email: Contact us directly at support@rocko.in.

All reports are reviewed promptly. We are committed to acting on every report without delay.

4. Enforcement

Upon receiving a credible report of CSAE-related activity:

• The account in question is immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Content is removed from the platform without notice to the offending party.
• Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and, where required by applicable law, are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant Indian law enforcement authorities.

5. Identity Verification

Rocko requires government-issued ID verification for all users. This verification process is in place to enforce our 18+ age restriction and to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.

We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our safety measures to protect users and comply with applicable child safety laws and platform policies. Our moderation and review processes are regularly evaluated to ensure they remain effective.
